The construction division is capable of delivering turnkey projects from conceptual design through to the maintenance of installed systems.

RSS has the ability to execute small to medium sized signal system construction projects. We also have the ability to provide management and supervision of forces supplied by others, depending on the requirements of the owner, project and local union requirements. Key services include:
